Choose the right accommodation to suit your needs. A shared flat with other students of the Academia Andaluza or an individual apartment.
All accommodations are equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Conil.
Important
Shared flats are completely equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and individual or double bedrooms. All water, electricity and gas expenses are included, as well as the bedclothes (except towels) and the final cleaning (washing up and putting out the rubbish not included). Students help with the cleaning.
All flats have a washing machine. Shared flats can be booked by the week (6 nights) and are available from the Sunday before the beginning of the course (from 12 noon onwards) until the Saturday after the course ends (until 12 noon).
Double bedrooms (in shared flats and with families) can only be booked by two people who come together. Extra nights can only be confirmed 1 or 2 days before arrival or departure.

The host families we offer to our students enjoy our absolute confidence, and we have had a very pleasant and efficient relationship with all of them for many years.
The price for the accomodation in a host family includes one washing per week, the cleaning, bed linen, towels (except beach towels), as well as water, electricity and gas. If you book half pension, the main meal in Spain is lunch.

Individual apartments are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, individual/double bedrooms, roof terrace or balcony. All water, electricity and gas expenses are included, as well as bedclothes, towels (except beach towels) and the final cleaning (washing up and putting out the rubbish not included). All apartments are fully equipped, including a washing machine.
Individual apartments are booked by the week (7 nights) and are available from the day of arrival (from 12 noon onwards) until the day of departure (until 12 noon).

If you appreciate modern conveniences for your holiday, and value comfort and individuality, then you should treat yourself to one of our first class accommodations.
Apart from the features which you already know from our individual apartments, these accommodations have a garage, a patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. They are equipped with a dish washer, modern entertainment electronics, and heating facilities for the winter season.
